FRENCH FLAMINGO

1 ounce, Absolut Kurant (currant flavored vodka)

1 ounce, Cointreau (orange flavored liqueur)

3/4 ounce, fresh squeezed lime juice

3/4 ounce, pomegranate juice

 

lime peel for garnish

In a cocktail shaker with lots of ice, shake all ingredients together very well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a curl of lime peel.
