We have had these special aprons custom made in limited quantity, with our trademark lightbulb-wearing-a-chef's-hat logo, and my "signature" as well. The first item is my NEW DVD, called COCKTAIL ESSENTIALS.
COCKTAIL ESSENTIALS is 1 hour 10 minutes long,
in full color. It includes everything you need
to know about setting up your home cocktail bar
- however simple or elaborate. In the DVD, I show
you all the cool bar tools, what each one is for, and
I describe and demonstrate exactly how to
use each one.
You'll learn how to set up a "party bar"
(the simple, easy-to-organize method), which bar
glasses are the best choice for which drinks
- even which wine glasses are the just-right
choice for which wines (and why).
There is a 20-page booklet included with your
DVD which contains a "Master List" of what and
how much you'll need (spirits, wine, mixers,
garnishes) to stock your bar for a party or
for your personal use - and also included is
a nice selection of drink recipes to get you started.

This LIMITED EDITION apron is made in the USA of 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
It is available only in camel color (a light tan, as shown) with black graphic
The apron is suitable for both men and women - and machine washable. There are
two front pockets. The fabric is supple and holds its shape nicely over time.
My favorite part of the design is the adjustable feature. The apron ties run through
a side channel, and also form the loop that goes around the wearer's neck. That
means that the apron can be made shorter or longer, and the front area adjusted
higher or lower, by simply pulling the apron ties. There are no loops or fasteners
to look messy or break or tangle. This style feature was essential to my requirements
for the perfect apron to share with you.
