I found these cute 5 1/2-inch pie pans at HomeGoods. So far I've used them for little lemon pies and open-faced apple pies (really just crostata in a pie pan).

Champagne -- your little pies are adorable! And yes, they look good enough to eat, LOL! I would have a difficult time deciding which to eat first.

Carrie, it's whipped cream since my husband and kids aren't all that fond of meringue. The little apple pies were adapted from Ina Garten's Apple Crostata recipe.
