That reminds me of the times Melinda has talked about flower pot cake that she was served when she was a teenager. It was an actual flower pot with cake baked in it. Chocolate cookies had been ground up and put on top of the cake to look like soil. The finishing touch was a live flower stuck into the cake. It was certainly a lot cheaper than what's on that site.

Did you happen to notice the size of this $100 cake? It's only 5 1/2" in diameter, 6 1/2" tall and serves 4. It's adorable but that's not much cake for the price. Plus, it looks like the shipping is $16.50. How do they package things like this to ensure safe shipping?
