Champagne, I made a batch of your Killer Pumpkin Bars this morning to take to gathering tonight. I, of course, had to have one. They are soooo delicious. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with us.

By the way, I used the larger pan (15" x 10-1/2" x 1"), so I made 1-1/2 times the cream cheese recipe. It worked great.

Foodfan, thanks so much for the nice feedback. :D I've been pondering over using the batter to make a layer cake since it's so tasty and moist. I think it would be more than enough batter for two 9 x 2 round cake pans. They'd have to bake longer, too. I was thinking of cutting each layer in half to make 4 layers. We'll see...it's a busy time of year!
