simply, I'm so happy to hear your comments on the Panzanella. This version is by far one of my favorite salads...so amazing with summer tomatoes and fresh basil. Plus, I love the way the croutons soak up the vinaigrette. I made a HUGE bowl of it for my husband's birthday dinner on July 1, and not a bite was left. It's another great recipe from Ina Garten.

I smiled when I saw your comment about the potato salad. We're having it tonight and my husband just said earlier, "What...no panzanella?"
