I want to make Melinda's Individual Beef Wellingtons, but cannot find the ingredient for "pate de foie gras". I have checked online for Bristol Farms, Gelsons, and Whole Farms. The only canned liver pate canned in Von's is "Sellers Liver Pate", which a a pork based pate. Help please.

Check to see where, locally in your area, Dartagnan sells Pate De Foie Gras.

An excellent substitute, that you can prepare yourself, is the "Faux fois gras" originally published in Gourmet magazine a few years ago, it really works!
