Need breakfast in a basket ideas that can be made ahead of time. Preferably served cold. For about 25 guests.

Wow, your requirements really carve down the choices.... breakfast, cold, made ahead.

How about making mini-burritos (pretty colored wraps) filled with egg salad and some or all of various additions like chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper, chopped celery, chopped jicama, chopped chilis, chopped tomatoes, grated/crumbled cheese, chopped bacon/sausage, various herbs, etc.

or the above wrapped in blintzes wrap like crepes.

They'd be attractive sliced on a hard diagonal and presented with angles inward like spokes of a wheel.

Great idea on the little burritos/wraps. They're pretty and tasty.

You could also have fresh fruit in the form of kebabs, big platter or just in a big bowl. Muffins or quick breads would also be nice.
