I have a simple recipe for biscotti using 1 1/2 cups of flour. I want to use wheat flour, should I use less flour or mix it with regular white flour?

Hello barbhass,

As far as I know, you should be able to use the whole wheat flour. Although I have never use whole wheat flour to make biscotti, I know there are recipes for biscotti that do.

Let us know how your biscotti comes out.

Generally you use half and half. It comes out too heaavy and dense otherwise. Why don't you google and see if you can find a recipe that uses all wheat flour?
