Different Spinach Salad

1 lb. Baby Spinach
1 lb. Cottage cheese
½ to 3/4 Cup pecans (chopped)

Dressing

½ Cup sour cream Pour dressing over spinach.
2 tsp. Horseradish Toss. Add cottage cheese,
3 Tbs. Vinegar toss, and add pecans.
½ Cup sugar
1 tsp. Dry mustard

This is astonishingly good and always a hit at a potluck or as a contribution to a hostess's meal.

Sherri, the salad sounds very good and I have copied and pasted it. The recipe was a little confusing as posted, so I retyped it below. Assume this is correct.
