Bullocks Wilshire Tea Room Strawberry Dressing for their chicken salad.
Does anyone have that recipe for the dressing? I have found several sources for their chicken salad, but not for the wonderful strawberry salad dressing.

Have you tried Googling "recipe for strawberry salad dressing" (no quotes)? Just a suggestion.

Here's one that I make in use for many different thangs. Besides, strawberry salad dressing. When I bring this to a party or a gathering everybody seems to want the recipe and is very well-liked by everybody. I also put it into grams if you use a scale. This is the way that I do it and it comes out the same every time. The key ingredient is the raspberry vinegar, sometimes hard-to-find without paying an arm and a leg for it. I know this probably isn't the recipe you are looking for but is a very good TNT recipe.

Raspberry Vinegar 6 TBS / 108 grams
Sugar 7½ tsp / 98 grams
Salt ¾ tsp / 6 grams
White Pepper ¾ tsp / 3 grams
Worcestershire sauce ¾ / 6 grams
Salad Oil - vegetable oil ¾ cup / 162 grams

Guts, that sounds good...I love raspberry vinegar. Gloria's right...if you google Bullock's Tea Room Salads you might be happily surprised. There are lots of recipes online from their old tea room.

This isn't from Bullock's but might be another option. The raspberry vinegar might be a good sub for the balsamic, but you might need a pinch or two more sugar.

Strawberry Salad Dressing

Mash enough strawberries to equal 1/2 cup.
Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of olive oil, 3 T. balsamic vinegar, 1 T. sugar, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Whisk well.
