Someone brought this to my attention, and I thought it was such a cute idea for a New Year's treat...or July 4th...or anytime. If you go to Oprah's site, there's also a v i d e o showing them making the 'cupcake sparklers.' That link wouldn't work here but was nice to watch.

Guts, OOPS, I posted something then accidentally deleted both your response and my new post. Not sure what happened. Anyway, I'm clueless why I can't make the link work.

Anyone interested can go to Oprah's site and type the name of the cupcakes in the search field. I really like the idea...kind of a "cupcake parfait."
