 Post subject: Melinda's Blasted Chicken - Pieces?

How does one change the time and temp for Blasted Chicken if using pieces?

Would a whole cut-up chicken be timed differently than just dark meat or just breast?

White meat does cook faster than dark as you know. I'd bake for about half and hour and then pull out my handy instant read and start testing. This is an experiment so let us know the results.
