What are you cooking up, or what are your dinner plans tonight?

I'm dieting again.

I think tonight's dinner will be one low carb flour tortilla filled with a Nutrisystem cardboard hamburger patty, lettuce, tomato and La Victoria green hot sauce.

It's really not bad.

I have a whole, flattened chicken marinating in olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, fresh rosemary and salt/pepper. It will get grilled along with lemon halves. I just made croutons for panzanella salad to serve with the chicken. Gotta figure out the rest...maybe some grilled veggies.

Mar, the chicken's still in the fridge marinating. We ended up grilling steaks due to unexpected company.

I kind of OD'd on Subway when our daughter worked there while in high school. Everything started to taste the same.

I am smoking two very thick pork chops. Not sure what the sides will be. I just got home from my veggie garden. Weeded and planted tomatoes. Got a bunch more to plant. We lost our minds at Tomato Mania and bought 20 plants. Now this is in addition to the ones we already had.
