Indirect @ 350* for 30min. 15 min a side pulled @ 165* internal



Grilled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Added Blue Cheese and bacon

Served with garlic mashed potatoes, now this was a great meal

I have never heard of pollo sazonado, but it looks kinda like the chicken comes seasoned and all hacked up!!

Your grilled romaine looks so delicious -- would you be so kind as to tell us what the toppings are? It's hard to tell from the pictures. I've grilled romaine before but nothing came out like yours. .
