A friend forwarded this to me and I think this is worth sharing...a shocker to me!

A “must watch” for anyone concerned with their health!

Activa RM Transglutaminase is the name of the stuff. It transforms meat scraps to prime beef.
It may be that our meat industry is conning us. . .

Take another look at the filet you’re serving tonight……..or ordering at your favorite restaurant?Chicken also !!!

Maybe we’d better stick to veggies.

Thank you for the "heads up." What is really disgusting is that I think I've eaten glued steaks in the past. Hopefully I will know what to look for or look out for next time. :x

Sounds like a good reason to be a vegetarian. Is it banned in the U.S.?

No, and there are a lot of people using it for various things, not just for meat. It can cause problems if the powder is inhaled so one should use a mask.

It is one of the modernist cuisine things to achieve some of the effects with different foods.

If you Google it, you'll find a lot of info.

This was the first I ever heard of this.
